Shanghai as an international metropolis has many international schools, international schools have advanced educational philosophy and educational experience, especially in the background of globalization of economy and internationalization of education, recognized degree of domestic schools for international school education is higher and higher. In the period of continuing to deepen education reform in China, students core accomplishment development has become key factor of deepening curriculum reform and carrying out moral composition target. The development of students’ core accomplishment requires education back to students and cultivating perfect diverse talents. Non-intellectual factors play an important role in growth process of students, its importance goes without saying. In how to cultivate students’ Non-intelligence factors, International School education is valued to be researched.Through data collection, observation, interviews and other methods, author investigated several Shanghai representative International schools. The fact is that the experiences from what is the education idea, what courses to implement, how to effectively carry out teaching, how to effectively evaluate and other aspects are very effective methods to cultivate students’ Non-intellectual factor: International school highlights the value in students’ Non-intellectual cultivation from education concept, they have democratic and harmonious campus atmosphere, rich and colorful campus culture activities, in curriculum, most prominent feature is Trans-disciplinarity integrated curriculum with exploranation as principal thing, it plays an important role in cultivation of students’ Non-intelligence factors, in teaching methods, international school truly flexibly uses various teaching methods, take inquiry method, personalized teaching as main thing, it is very helpful on cultivation of students’ Non-intelligence factors, in the ways of evaluation, through guiding role of quality evaluation, it cultivates non-intelligence factors.These experiences of international school improve level of cultivation of students’ non intellectual factors in primary school. From education concept, school environment, curriculum, teaching and evaluation mode and other aspects, in non-intellectual factors cultivation, author give the specific advice: concept of education should fully embody concepts of lifelong learning as well as comprehensive and personality development; in curriculum, combine subject curriculum with Trans-disciplinary subject courses, enrich courses types, add free elective courses, increase Practice Courses, Introduce “Health and happiness” international curriculum; in teaching, improve teaching environment, implement individualized teaching organization, carry out individualized teaching, inquiry teaching and so on. In qualitative evaluation, adapt quality evaluation method function, give full play to and form guiding function of evaluation methods on student non intellectual factors cultivation; in addition, it should be all-round development on cultivating students’ Non-intelligence factors, strengthen from curriculum resources, Strengthening relation between school and parent community, improving teachers’ own personality and other aspects.
