The fact is that the experiences from what is the education idea, what courses to implement, how to effectively carry out teaching, how to effectively evaluate and other aspects are very effective methods to cultivate students’ Non-intellectual factor: International school highlights the value in students’ Non-intellectual cultivation from education concept, they have democratic and harmonious campus atmosphere, rich and colorful campus culture activities, in curriculum, most prominent feature is Trans-disciplinarity integrated curriculum with exploranation as principal thing, it plays an important role in cultivation of students’ Non-intelligence factors, in teaching methods, international school truly flexibly uses various teaching methods, take inquiry method, personalized teaching as main thing, it is very helpful on cultivation of students’ Non-intelligence factors, in the ways of evaluation, through guiding role of quality evaluation, it cultivates non-intelligence factors.These experiences of international school improve level of cultivation of students’ non intellectual factors in primary school.
