| Objective:with the development of social economy more and more quickly,people’s living standard is becoming more and more high,the incidence of obesity at home and abroad have been presented the phenomenon of increase year by year,has now become one of the epidemic of severe impact on human health.The main purpose of this study was to intervene on diet-induced obesity rats,mainly through aerobic exercise intervention way,at the same time offer certain nutritional supplements of rat,discusses the effect reducing weight,with respect to the manner of the intervention on the mechanism of reducing weight at the same time a certain analysis.Methods:random selected from 40 male rats 8 only,as the blank control group,other 32 rats as a model group only obesity rats model,using normal feed to breeding of blank control group rats,the use of high sugar and high fat feed for modeling group rats and continuous feeding 8 weeks.Obese rats after the success of the model is established,according to the weight of the randomness of the model rats were divided into four groups,respectively,the simple exercise intervention group,pure nutrition intervention group,sport + nutrition intervention group and obesity group,8 rats in each group.Exercise intervention mainly adopt the method of treadmill training,at the rate of 25 m/min,to 6 times a week training,take a day off;Nutrition intervention mainly by using 10%of the nutrient solution(500 mg/kg.D s and 20 mg/kg.D soybean peptide)a day in the lavage in rats,the obesity group and simple exercise intervention group,distilled water to fill the stomach on a daily basis,the dose of 2 ml/d,1 times a day;After the intervention,to look at the fat rat body weight,body length,Lee of rats’s index is calculated,as well as the experimental rats serum TC,TG,HDL,LDL and the concentration of blood glucose levels and apolipoprotein index for testing.Results:(1)compared with obese control group rats,rats weight sport + nutrition intervention group was obviously lower,with significant difference(P<0.01);Compared with obese control group,the simple exercise intervention group and the nutrition intervention group rats weight alone is obvious drop,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)simple nutrition intervention group and exercise + nutrition intervention group rat TG levels compared with obese control group rats,there are some differences between them,with statistical significance(P<0.01);Simple exercise intervention group compared with obese rats in control group,TG level there is an obvious drop,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)compared with obese rats in control group,simple exercise intervention group and simple nutritional intervention group rats TC levels have obvious drop,there are large differences,statistically significant(P<0.05);Sport + nutrition intervention group TC levels in rats compared with obese control group rats appeared significantly lower,there is significant difference(P<0.01).(4)compared with obese control group rats,simple exercise intervention group and simple nutritional intervention group rats HDL levels are obvious rise,there are significant differences between,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Sport +nutrition intervention group rats HDL levels also exist obvious rise,there is significant difference,statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Compared with obese control group rats,pure nutrition intervention group rats and exercise + nutrition intervention group rats reduced LDL levels significantly,that there was a significant difference between statistically significant(P<0.05);The pure exercise intervention group rats LDL levels had no obvious change,there is no significant difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05).6 groups of rats in the morning fasting serum glucose concentrations before and after the experiment do not exist significant change,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Cruelly compared with obese control group,the simple nutrition intervention group rats and exercise + nutrition intervention group rats Apob levels were significantly lower,there is significant difference that was statistically significant(P<0.05);And exercise intervention group rats Apob levels alone there was no significant change,no statistical significance(P.>0.05).Was compared with obese control group rats,simple exercise intervention group rats and nutrition intervention group rats Apoa levels alone there is no significant change,the influence of no statistical significance(P>0.05),and sport+ nutrition intervention group effect on rat Apoa levels have significant differences,with statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1,through to the rats with high fat and sugar feed eight weeks,obese rats model of success;2,for obesity rats,sport + nutrition intervention on its significant effect reducing weight.3,sport + nutrition intervention on obese rats,the ability to improve lipid metabolism of the rats can make obesity rats of TC,TG,LDL and Apob were significantly reduced;Make the obese rats HDL concentration,Apoa levels significantly increased;Groups of rats serum glucose concentrations between there is no obvious change;4,to exercise and nutrition intervention possible mechanism is to make the body weight loss,exercise and nutrition supplement improve obesity rats the levels of lipid metabolism,make the body fat consumption speed speeds up,and then to make the body have set back the intestinal absorption of cholesterol,quicken the speed of cholesterol out of the body,thus to make the body lipid lowering. |
