In today’s information society, with the continuous development of modern education technology, the emerging new media of the new technology is changing the education mode and the development direction, realize the education informationization becomes a trend in today’s education circle. Traditional blackboard already cannot satisfy the need of modern teaching, after computer and projector is developed to a certain extent, enrich the classroom teaching, however, there is the disadvantage of interactivity, interoperability is not strong, the effect of classroom teaching efficiency advantage is not obvious. In this context, the interactive electronic whiteboard technology arises at the historic moment, it as a new teaching aid, the interaction between students and teachers in classroom teaching provides a good interactive environment. At present our country’s elementary school language classroom teaching, there is a common problem that most of the time and the teaching mode of teaching, teacher’s teaching is given priority to with play PPT projection and teaching method, and the students passively accept, should be full of charm of the Chinese lost their appeal and therefore become the burden of students’learning. For the language teacher, using the interactive electronic whiteboard stimulate students interest in Chinese subject, improve the effect of classroom teaching is the effective way to solve the problem.In the elementary school language classroom teaching as the background, this paper through the electronic whiteboard technology effectively in the process of fusion in the classroom teaching, explore the interactive electronic whiteboard based, and is suitable for Chinese teaching technology and method, studies the application of electronic whiteboard in the elementary school language classroom effect.Prophase using literature method, this paper analyzes the research status of interactive electronic whiteboard, hypothesized that teaching can be applied based on the interactive electronic whiteboard elementary school language classroom teaching, to influence the effect of classroom teaching and students’ learning effects, and can change students’ learning attitude of Chinese subject, stimulate interest in learning. The author through the analysis of the subjects of primary school Chinese characteristics and functions of electronic whiteboard, put forward the advantage of the elementary school language classroom interactive electronic whiteboard applications, and thorough elementary education practice, completed based on the interactive electronic whiteboard elementary school language classroom teaching design case, using the method of observation on classroom observation records and save the class in order to analysis and research, interviews of teachers after class, undertake to the student questionnaire survey, and collect the experimental research stage that in comparative classes and experimental classes of the language test scores. Late papers through the interview method, questionnaire investigation results and the analysis of student achievement, come to the conclusion that to confirm the correctness of the hypothesis and summarizes the prospects.
