| With the development of society, economy and technology, demand of talented people for our country becomes more and more. Education, as the basic way to develop talented people, is on the way of reformation and development, for the sake of improving students’ multiplied quality. Biology lesson reformation requires biology teaching to improve students’ biology nuclear literacy. Due to the college entrance examination, biology teaching has several inherent problems, such as the lack of class period and attention extent. In this setting,it is necessary to use guidance plan in high school biology teaching for improving the efficiency of biology class and the comprehensive development of students.By using literature method, this article studied the background, procedure of development and the current situation of biology study for guidance plan, and recognized the concept, the relation and difference between guidance plan and teaching plan, basic theory and effect of guidance plan. It confirmed the necessity and effectiveness of using guidance plan in biology teaching, promoting the guidance plan’s popularization and application in high school biology teaching. It also improved the teaching ability of high school biology teachers and the effectiveness of class teaching.Using the interview method and questionnaire survey method, this article investigated the present situation for the guidance plan application in biology new lesson from one forth rank high school in YangZhou from two aspects. One aspect was teachers, including acquaintance, design and application of guidance plan. The other one was students, including application, learning attitude and ability of guidance plan. The results found that the utility of guidance plan teaching was not enough. There were many problems in guidance plan recognization, design, application and evaluation as below. Taking little count of guidance plan, teachers had less correct acquaintance of guidance plan, resulting in having difficulty in designing effective guidance plan. Also, teachers didn’t know students situation very well, leading to no targeted and qualified guidance plan. The guidance plan design was excessively modal, and was inclined to so many exercises. Usually, the guidance plan was designed by one teacher and then used by all teachers. The way of using guidance plan was mostly traditional teaching way, lacked of attention to effective use of guidance plan. Also, the school was short of comprehensive evaluation of class teaching effect.According to the problems, this article used guidance plan of meiosis for instance to discuss the design of guidance plan in high school biology new lesson. Firstly, on the basis of objective, time period, students oriented, guiding study and gradation principles, the design steps should follow team preparing lessons, personal designing, others auditing, adjusting before class and introspecting after class these five steps. The content of guidance plan contained teaching goals, key and difficult points, basic knowledge, typical question, knowledge system, class test, conclusion and introspection, after-class question and additional column. Pointing at these columns, this article proposed homologous design strategies. Secondly, this essay also raised specific claims in guidance plan use for both teachers and students, extruding students’ autonomic and cooperative learning, emphasizing teachers’ guidance of learning. Lastly, it also set up an evaluation system of guidance plan teaching, consisted of evaluations of guidance plan design, class teaching procedure and students’ study these three aspects. Every aspect had its own evaluation scale.This article could be used to optimize and normalize the guidance plan teaching, and also improve the quality and effect of high school biology teaching. |
