Online collective action has been the focus of social science searchers. And with the popularity of Internet information technology, and the social contradictions, online collective action has became the representative of the collective behavior in the new period. Online collective action has impact on the order of the online world, at the same time, it has impacted public opinion, even the government decision-making. Therefore, online collective action has caused social extensive concern.With the study of online collective action, the researchers have made a series of achievements. However, previous studies basically focused on group members’ psychological factors, and ignored other individual psychological characteristics, and the environmental factors. This is not conducive to fully investigate psychological mechanism of online collective action. Therefore, researchers studied the psychological mechanism of online collective action with different perspectives, including the personality characteristics, the group members’ psychological features and background information. Combining the multiple perspectives can help clarify the psychological mechanism of online collective action, and help the relevant government department managing network environment.Based on collective action theories and the specificity of the object, we adopt the method of situational experiment and questionnaire. And we studied college students’ the relationship of victim justice sensitivity and hard/soft online collective action, and examines the mediating role of anger/fear group emotion,and the moderating role of triggered information. Research participants are college students from three universities in Wu Han. We sent 500 questionnaires, after recycling and eliminating invalid data, we get 436 copies. This research adopt the victim justice sensitivity scale; Groups fear/anger emotion questionnaire; hard/soft online collective action questionnaire. The results showed that:(1) the college students’ victim justice sensitivity is in positive relationship with hard/soft online collective action. And the victim justice sensitivity is closely related to soft online collective action;(2) Group emotion can mediate the correlation between the victim justice sensitivity and hard/soft online collective action;(3) The indirect effect of victim justice sensitivity on hard online collective action had been moderated by triggered information. The relationship between anger and hard online collective action was strengthened in interests unrelated situations, but was weakened in relevant situations.
