Chinese characters belong to one of the few ideographic system in the world, its form is closely related with the meaning of the word. Chinese character is a rich text with motivations. As early as in the eastern han dynasty, xu shen in his book, "shuo wen jie zi ", discusses the characters of "Chinese characters" theory. Namely:xiangxing, huiyi, zhishi, zhuanzhu, and jiajie’. "Chinese characters" is the ancients analysis to the principle according to the word and summarized the general theory. Modern Chinese characters to be Chinese or according to the form of truth, is associated with the basis of ancient Chinese characters form, also with regularity exists between the objective things and how to contact.The motivations of Chinese characters can be used to establish the language teaching. In the current middle school language teaching, the teaching of Chinese characters can be weakened. Most of the Chinese teachers despise Chinese characters teaching, motivations of the existence of the Chinese character itself, has caused many disadvantages. The motivations of Chinese characters can be used in the basic knowledge of middle school Chinese teaching, it can be used to guide students to distinguishes the words.;Can also be used in the study of language expression, church student solution of word choice; Can also be used in the teaching of the ancient poetry and writings in classical style. But Chinese characters is not everything. There’s mastercard & practice of applying it in the middle school language classroom, conforms to the students’ cognitive psychology, Follow the principle of the four teaching, that is, scenario principle, simple principle, principle and systematic principle of image. Teachers using the motivations of Chinese characters in Chinese teaching can not only train the students’ ability to learn language, also can let students in stars adn birds, to feel character, taste inheriting the splendid culture of the Chinese for thousands of years, thus caused to the meaning of life and the life value and comprehensive thinking deeply.
