| In the background of "Internet+", the new media will become the new trend of education (Internet+education) in the future. In terms of the history teaching in middle school, with the rapid development of new media and the reforms of basic education programs, new educational philosophy, new teaching methods are changing dramatically. New media is increasing the Diversification of access to information and educational content, increasing the approaches of teaching and education, making teaching and learning methods more flexible. As the educators of history in high school, we should be aware that employing the new media into the teaching of history is the new ways of teaching in the future, and we should seize the opportunities and challenges.This work focused on the application of new media in history teaching, based on the new curriculum reform theory, students’psychological cognitive theory and practical situation, analyzed the significance of the new media in history teaching and discussed the feasibility and necessity of the application of new media in history teaching.’With field surveys and scientific questionnaire analysis and examples in teaching practice, this work discussed the role of new media in history. Finally, we found out the key problems in practice and put forward possible solutions.The thesis includes four parts. The first part introduces the meaning, classification and characteristics of new media. With the analysis of the role of new media in meeting the various needs of the teaching of history, we discusses the significance of new media in the history teaching, and come to the conclusion that the application of new media in history teaching in high school is the future of history teaching. The second part of this article contains the questionnaire survey for teachers and students, the analysis of the survey results and conclusions. The third part discusses the role of new media and principles of reference in history teaching, and we analyses the role of new media in middle school history teaching with real case studies. In the fourth part, based on the above theoretical analysis, the results of field survey, and our teaching cases we found out the key problems in the application of new media and give out the solution. |
