With the development of the times and the state "through science and education,the implementation of talent strategy,education has been paid more and more attention of people in recent years,teachers of fierce competition situation,especially in recent years,with the development of teacher education reform is continuously deepened,normal traditional system is broken,and gradually formed a multi integrative system of teachers for non normal teachers,students interested in entering the profession opened convenient ways,more and more non normal students will participate in education,and made great contribution to the education.This article through to Xinjiang University,Xinjiang Normal University and Changji University geography for non normal students the object of study,through questionnaires and interviews,survey the normal school students studied them from the factors of teaching effect,the teaching willingness of non professional college of geography and tourism management of Urumqi Changji area from teaching design ability,teaching ability,learning the ability of language expression,teaching three board skills,communication ability,class management ability,Ukraine aspects of teaching evaluation research the Professional College of geography and tourism management of Urumqi Changji area of non normal school students from teaching in the course of the problem and proposed for the existing problems There are pertinent opinions and suggestions.Through this study,we can draw a conclusion that there is a higher willingness to teach from non normal school students in geography and Tourism Management Major in Wuchang area.More than half of non normal students expressed willingness to engage in teaching profession.Non normal geography students from teaching intention is affected by the two dimensions of internal and external factors,including"personal preference" and "personality factors" and "teachers" work environment ","salary "," welfare "," others "and" employment environment ".Among them,the fundamental factor that influences the willingness of students from non normal geography majors is "the degree of personal love for teachers," and "salary" is an important factor affecting their teaching.The non normal students in the process of teaching the main problems are: first,the ability of teaching design objectives are not clear,redundant language;two,teaching ability needs to be further improved;Three.The skills of "three boards" in geography teaching need to be strengthened;four,the difference between the three,active communication,lack of communication skills;five,class management consciousness,experience and ability is insufficient;six,geography the evaluation of objectivity,strong one sidedness.Non normal students can improve their own quality and ability through their own efforts,so as to lay a solid foundation for becoming a qualified geography teacher as soon as possible.
