Normal education is the cornerstone of educational development.Under the background of the new era,the Ministry of Education vigorously promotes the reform of teacher education curriculum and strengthens the training of teaching practice skills of normal students,which is the focus of the work of deepening the construction of teachers and promoting the reform and development of education.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cultivation of undergraduate normal students' teaching practical skills by investigating the current situation of undergraduate normal students' teaching practical skills.Based on the study and analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign document literature,this study explores the necessity of training undergraduate normal students' teaching practical skills in the new era from the perspective of practical Practical Philosophy,Educational Psychology and Modern Pedagogical Theory.A total of 741 valid questionnaires were collected by random sampling of undergraduate normal students from F University.Interviews were conducted with professional instructors of F University,practice instructors of practice schools and undergraduate normal students who graduated from F University and have been teachers in order to further understand the current situation and influencing factors of undergraduate normal students' teaching practice skills.The major findings of the current study are as follows:1.At present,the overall situation of teaching practice skills of undergraduate normal students in F University is not good.The skills of textbook processing,classroom teaching,teaching evaluation and feedback,and class organization and management need to be improved.2.There are still many problems in the practice of undergraduate normal students.For example,the practice time is not enough,the number of practice and the number of independent lectures is insufficient,the practice of class master's work is lacking,and the teaching practice base is unstable,and so on.3.Normal colleges and universities are developing towards comprehensive colleges and universities,but they do not attach enough importance to the nature of teachers.Under the background of the new era of deepening reform and transforming development in an all-round way,the trend of "emphasizing comprehensiveness and weakening teacher-training" has emerged in local normal universities,that is,the emphasis on Teacher-training is inclined.4.The curriculum system of teachers' specialty is idealized,with emphasis on theory rather than practice.In terms of training programs and curriculum settings for Normal students of F University,the proportion of educational theory class hours is much higher than that of practical skills class hours.The inadequate implementation of teaching practice and Emphasizing theory over practice affects the cultivation of teaching practice skills for Normal University students.5.Large class teaching hinders the implementation of innovative teaching.Thenumber of normal major classes in F University is large,and it is difficult for teachers to carry out teaching reform according to their aptitude and innovation,resulting in unsatisfactory overall effect of teaching practice skills of normal students.Finally,according to the above research,combined with the education policy of the new era,this paper puts forward constructive educational opinions and management countermeasures for the cultivation of undergraduate normal students' teaching practical skills.
