According to the theoretical research and practical experience, summed up the current operating arrangement following problems:1.Ignoring individual differences; 2.The blind pursuit of the sea tactical; 3.The lack of specific questions; 4.Uneven distribution of the degree of difficulty. To solve the above problems, the present study was from the reality of students, recognition of individual differences among students, students’ work were stratified, so that each student improves and different levels of development based on the original.First, literature review and summary of previous research results and experience, based on the status of the students through the investigation of chemical operations, combined with student achievement measured weekly using SPSS software for student achievement are analyzed to determine the experimental and control groups; Then two experiments, the students are divided into A, B, C three levels (class size at all levels of approximately one-third), according to different levels of features, design and layout consistent with the level of student homework; Finally using SPSS software and statistical analysis of student achievement and change the students after the implementation of the hierarchical work on homework awareness and changes in refining research.This study through the status survey of student chemistry homework, combined with weeks of student test scores, analysis of student achievement using SPSS software, to determine the experimental group and the control group; Two experimental classes of students reasonably divided into A, B, C three levels, according to the characteristics of different levels, consistent design and layout and the level of students homework; Finally, using SPSS statistical software and analysis of student achievement and student implement tiered operations on homework understanding changes in the refining research results.After a semester of study, the results obtained are as follows:(1) Hierarchical operation can change the attitude of students to learn chemistry; Compared with the traditional teaching method, layered operations reflect the "people-oriented" philosophy of education, can take into account the different levels of students, so as to let the students in learning to find suitable for their own "springboard". Of Chemistry Learning with understanding of predictability.(2) Layered operation can improve the students’ grades in chemistry; Layered operation based on "recently development zones" theory, students in the learning process can be very good to find learning "scaffolding", and taking the opportunity continue to play their own potential, and a step by step boarded the peak.(3) Layered operations embody the education fair; Implementing tiered job can get rid of the conventional teaching of "one size fits all" model of teaching, from the reality of students, recognition of individual differences among students, for students at different levels of teaching, the real implementation of individualized, fairness of education.According to the layered operation in the process of the implementation of some experience, given the following suggestions for reference:(1) Students stratification needs to reflect the democracy and equality of education philosophy; The mood of the students in learning has an important influence, in layered process should pay attention to adjust their mentality, let the students know the stratification is not treated unequally, but in order to allow students to better find a platform for their own success.(2) Teachers needs dynamic development vision treat students; The growth of the students is considered as a process of growing, and in the process of teaching, we found that students "recently development area" to encourage timely students’ potential.(3) Correct processing good parents and teachers and subjects the relationship; Students are learning as a whole, prior to the implementation of the hierarchical teaching of chemistry homework and need to and coordinate the relationship between parents and teachers of all subjects, let them know hierarchical assignment teaching, so as to better implement slicing operation.This research is based on 2 classes as the experimental group, because the sample size is relatively small, the researcher’s level is limited, the conclusion may be the lack of scientific basis, the need for further verification. |
