Today’s educational reform is more and more into the classroom teaching of micro level, among them, the roles of teachers and students in classroom life behavior have became a focus of research. Goffman once said, "People show all the time." Individual all words and deeds in daily life are shows, which present the ideal self to others. School is the main theatre in which teachers and students to carry out the educational teaching performance. According to the roles of their own needs, teachers and students follow a series of standards to act, so as to their performance in front of the "audience" look forward to the roles of the image. Classroom life is constructed world, the most active areas in which teachers and students make the role play, role interaction and role transformation. In the classroom teaching, teachers and students can be the actors and the audiences, can be the teachers and students, can also be fellow actors, involving in the teaching performance together, they can even play different roles, to gain the rich role experience. The teachers who are good at acting can use excellent teaching performance art, with its own "play" and "see", litting the enthusiasm of students’desire to "play" and "look", so as to achieve satisfactory results that teaching is learning and teaching can combine education and entertainment.However, the word of Performance in the common sense discourse system often contain derogatory sense. Performance only be regarded as a kind of outside education or teaching means or tool, rather than the intrinsic nature of education itself. Comenius said:"education is the art of teaching all things to all people." Education and performance have the close relation, education and teaching in essence can be seen as a kind of performance. Among them, the performance of classroom teaching is the most important school theater performance. Therefore, the classroom performance of the teachers and students is the focus of this study.This research mainly adopts the literature method, observation method and interview method of the three research methods. The entire research process from June,2015 for the first time into the research field (X school researchers intern) until October,2015, because the researcher made teaching supervision practice in X school, just with the aid of teaching supervision work characteristics, could be flexible and easily to enter the scene of the classroom teaching, collecting first-hand information. The method of collecting data mainly includes present class observation and record, classroom recording, in-depth interviews, etc., ideal research results have been achieved.In this article, the objective description of classroom teaching performance and interpretation is the main content, the researcher will be from the perspective of educational sociology, using the drama theory to analyze and interpret X school classroom teaching. The first chapter mainly elaborates the school as teaching grand theatre, its time structure, spatial structure and props structure; through some practical examples, the second chapter mainly describes the elements of classroom teaching and the teaching performance art; mainly from the purpose, content, method, the subject and evaluation scale, the third chapter compares the teaching performance, none of the teaching performance, the performance of daily life and professional acting, summing up the characteristics of the teaching performance. Besides, The researcher sums up the x school as a higher vocational college, its particularity of teaching performance. It also analyzes the function of teaching performance from both sides; the fourth chapter mainly from the teachers, students and school, the three subjects’Angle, digs deep reasons of influencing teaching performance; In the conclusion part, the researcher puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching performance. I hope that my research can give readers a feeling and an inspiration, it will be my greatest pleasure.
