What is the effectiveness of classroom teaching, how to measure, the concrete measure, is our country education long dedicated to the study of an important part of the study of the new curriculum reform, to look forward to better improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching practice in our country and promote the traditional education reform success, realize the different stages of students’ comprehensive learning and practical ability.Junior high school students were at the key periods of life formations of in thought, personality and moral character formation, therefore, do a good job in this period the student thought personal character class teaching quality is a very important work. In our country, moral character class of junior middle school were influenced by some aspects of reasons, and result in many problems existing classroom efficiency, and promotion of classroom teaching quality were hindered. How to achieve teaching effectiveness of moral character class classroom of junior middle school thought is a serious problem in front of educational circles of our country.With the purpose of solving problem exciting in moral character class classroom teaching effectiveness of junior middle school, some methods were used in this article, such as literature analysis, case analysis, classroom observation and experience summary, and relevant experience and achievements at home and abroad were used for references, effectiveness of classroom teaching were analyzed by many aspects. On basis of theoretical concepts to problems existing in junior middle school thought personal character class teaching and cause of problem has carried on detailed analysis, and then puts forward a series of concrete strategies for ascension of junior middle school thought moral character class classroom teaching effectiveness.
