In our country, moral character class of junior middle school were influenced by some aspects of reasons, and result in many problems existing classroom efficiency, and promotion of classroom teaching quality were hindered. How to achieve teaching effectiveness of moral character class classroom of junior middle school thought is a serious problem in front of educational circles of our country.With the purpose of solving problem exciting in moral character class classroom teaching effectiveness of junior middle school, some methods were used in this article, such as literature analysis, case analysis, classroom observation and experience summary, and relevant experience and achievements at home and abroad were used for references, effectiveness of classroom teaching were analyzed by many aspects. On basis of theoretical concepts to problems existing in junior middle school thought personal character class teaching and cause of problem has carried on detailed analysis, and then puts forward a series of concrete strategies for ascension of junior middle school thought moral character class classroom teaching effectiveness. In this study, we think improving of effectiveness of junior middle school thought personal character class teaching cannot be confined to classroom, preparation before class and thinking after class need to be taken seriously, teachers’ quality and teaching idea and updating of teaching methods play key roles in improving effectiveness of classroom teaching.In short, effectiveness promotion of personal character class teaching of junior middle school depends on more teachers, only give full play to subjective role of teacher, students’learning enthusiasm and initiative in classroom can be inspired, realize teachers and students effect together and promote atmosphere of good teaching formation, to realize quality of classroom teaching.
