How to change this situati on, improve the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research, promote the professional dev elopment of teachers, and promote the curriculum reform, is the current problems and challenges f aced by school-based teaching and research.This article uses the literature method, survey method, observation method and interview met hod, connotation, content, practice of school-based teaching form, the development process and pr actical value of the theory, put forward the basic standard, the effectiveness of school-based resear ch include:school-based research subject consciousness should be clear, the content should be targ eted, implementation to carry out rigorous, diversity in form, to fully safeguard mechanism; on the basis of theoretical research, select the Ningxia Yinchuan X primary school as the research object, the practice of the school school-based teaching and research are analyzed, found in the school-ba sed research and promote the school and teachers’ development at the same time, there are also me chanisms of teachers participating in school-based teaching and research by the time and capacity constraints, the school on the school planning unreasonable, school-based research to break the tra ditional teaching, school-based research can’t be guaranteed Its sustainable development and other issues.
