As China continues to promote educational information technology, micro-teaching has been gradually into the classroom, "micro-class guidance" as a new teaching strategy also began to be used at different stages of classroom teaching among different disciplines. In the "micro lesson guidance" in teaching strategies that assist in the process of deepening the "micro Course guidance" policy applied to teaching different disciplines to become a focus of research direction. Through literature research, questionnaires, interviews, comparative analysis and classroom observation, master the application is "micro Course guidance" in junior high school chemistry teaching, analysis, sorting chemistry teaching, especially teaching of chemistry experiments exist problem of "micro-lesson guidance" used in teaching junior high school chemistry experiment conducted in-depth study. Closely Compulsory Chemistry Teaching objectives, content and student learning chemistry characteristics, combined with the advantages of "micro-lesson guidance", and will explore a "micro Course guidance" policy throughout the abstract chemistry experimental preview, lesson to master new knowledge and a three-link after school consolidation, as used in junior high school chemistry experiment teaching goal, and to the entire teaching in the practice. When the semester teaching tasks completed by the student questionnaires, classroom observation of student academic performance comparisons and chemistry, the effect of the application of "micro-lesson guidance" policy was evaluated.Research shows that "micro-class guidance" used in junior high school chemistry experiment teaching for junior high school students to stimulate interest in learning chemistry, enhanced interactive classroom teaching chemistry experiment, deepen students’ understanding of the content of the abstract chemistry experiment to improve students experimental inquiry which four have a significant effect. By discussing "micro Course guidance" used in junior high school chemistry experiment teaching procedures and methods, and finally extract for junior high school chemistry experiment course of several "micro Course guidance" policy. Also used for other junior high school chemistry teacher "micro Course guidance" strategy to improve teaching effectiveness provide a useful reference, at the same time, students can also be "micro Course guidance" in this teaching strategy applied to other experiments operability of course, a good culture learning methods.
