Education not only requires teachers to impart knowledge and their own experience to students,but also hopes to cultivate a group of talents with core qualities through education.Biology is a subject based on experimental operation,and the formation of all biological knowledge is based on experimental inquiry.At present,the traditional teaching mode of indoctrination can no longer meet the needs of the educational development and reform of The Times;In the concrete teaching practice,the teaching concept of biology teachers in junior middle schools in some areas has a certain lag;There are many junior high school biology teachers do not know the important role and significance of junior high school biology experiment teaching;Based on the requirements of the new curriculum standards for the cultivation of students’ core literacy,and the actual status quo of the formalized problems existing in the experimental class teaching in China,the micro-class guided teaching model is constructed and applied to the experimental class teaching based on the analysis of the research of the predecessors on the micro-class and guided learning plan teaching model.The main purposes of this study are as follows: To solve the problems of insufficient class hours and classroom time in current experimental teaching through the application of micro-lesson guidance mode;Through the use of micro-lesson guidance mode,students can reduce the influence of time and region,and improve the efficiency of experimental learning.Direction of study of this paper,the research content of this article mainly through literature research,mainly in the early to refer to a large number of literature analysis to sort out the basic concept of micro class tutorship,micro classes and making principles and characteristics of the learning case during a preliminary understanding of the class learning related problems such as the characteristics of the teaching mode application situation,again through interview with teachers and students practice school,Analysis of junior middle school students about biology experiment learning status,feasibility analysis.Then,it carefully studied and analyzed the biology Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)and the relevant textbooks for grade 7 of compulsory education textbook Biology,and selected and developed experimental teaching cases under the teaching mode of "micro-lesson guidance".Then,through the use of related software to make and edit the micro-lessons,the teaching design that conforms to the content of junior high school biology experiment course and the cognitive law of junior high school students’ micro-lessons guidance mode is made.Finally,taking the students of four classes in grade seven of the author’s practice school as the research objects,two classes were randomly selected as experimental classes and two classes as control classes.After the application of micro-lesson guidance mode before,during and after class,the application effect of micro-lesson guidance mode and traditional teaching and the existing problems of micro-lesson guidance are analyzed and compared to further optimize their own teaching research.Through this study,the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.Through teachers’ classroom observation,it is found that students’ classroom participation and experimental classroom efficiency are significantly improved under this mode;2.2.Students’ hands-on skills are also significantly enhanced,because students have had a preliminary understanding of the research content,principle and method in this experiment class through independent learning before class,which greatly saves the lecture time and allows students to have enough time for specific operation and implementation.3.By comparing the scores of students’ entrance examination and quality monitoring in the first stage,it can be found that the application of micro-lesson guidance mode in biology experiment teaching in junior middle school has a significant effect on students’ learning of biological theoretical knowledge.The application of "micro-lesson guidance" teaching mode in biology experiment teaching in junior middle school has obvious effects.The emergence of this mode brings fresh ideas to experimental classroom teaching,but it is also found that there are certain limitations and deficiencies in the process of using this mode.For example,teachers need to spend a lot of energy in the process of making micro-lessons;For some students with poor foundation or slight lack of ability,the effect of independent learning is not good,etc.,which should be explored and solved in the follow-up research.The author expects to provide some references for the majority of educational researchers through his own research,jointly explore and find the optimal application scheme of the teaching mode of "micro-lesson guidance",and improve its application value in experimental teaching. |
