"Curriculum Reform Outline of Basic Education (Trial) " has added comprehensive practical activity for the first time, and be regarded as compulsory course for primary and high schools. This paper through the investigation of the status of the implementation of the six middle school chemistry comprehensive practice activity in Yinchuan, analyzes the necessity of implementing it, guided by constructivism learning theory, situated learning theory and the PARSEL concept in European. The activities of the situation materials from the students’ life, on the basis of discussing the elements of activity case design, this paper constructs the activity implementation mode, designs and carries out chemical comprehensive practical based on different situations and themes. The purpose of activities that make students find out the real problem from the real situation, make a thorough inquiry problems, and obtain the knowledge hidden behind the real problem. The students can generate "true ability" and "true wisdom" at the same time. Through activities in order to promote students to achieve real development, cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability, improve the ability of students to analyze and solve problems through the comprehensive use of knowledge, and improve students’ scientific literacy education ideas.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part:Introduction. According to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, comprehensive practical activities to promote the comprehensive development of students, and the design and implementation of the nine grade chemistry comprehensive practical activities, this paper describes the background of research, research meaning and purpose, research status, definition of concept, research contents, research methods and research ideas.The second part:The theoretical basis of the nine grade chemical comprehensive practical activities based on the real situation. It summarizes theoretical basis and the enlightenment of the theories to the research.The third part:The necessity of implementing the nine grade chemistry comprehensive practice activity based on the real situation. According the real situation of the core role, the pursuit of the value in the activities, and the relationship between chemical comprehensive practice and students’ comprehensive ability training in grade nine. This paper expounds the importance and necessity of implementing the comprehensive practice of chemistry.The fourth part:The case design analysis of the nine grade chemistry comprehensive practice activity based on real situation. It gives a thorough analysis of the theme design, target design, design principles, and implementation form.The fifth part:The implementation and evaluation of the nine grade chemistry comprehensive practice activities based on the real situation. This part constructs implementation mode, implementate and analyze the case under the guidance of the mode. The comprehensive practice activity evaluation scale was designed, and the effect of the implementation was analyzed.The sixth part:Summary and reflection. It makes a summary of this paper, and rethink the problems existing in the process of implementation, in order to overcome the shortcomings in the follow-up study, enrich cases, and promote operational performance of the activities.
