Teacher incentive mechanism of special post study is not only an important mechanism to safeguard the young teachers to work in rural areas, but also an important measure to solve the current shortage of teachers in rural areas and promote fairness in education. However, due to the lack of mechanisms, security system is not perfect and the negative impact of social environment, it leads to the result that the special post teacher is severely restricted in psychology, work and life development, which is not powered, active in their work, most people have the intention to give up work which makes the loss of teachers become more prominent.This test regarded the Marxist concept of man’s all-round development as the ideology and reasonably absorb the scientific theory of management, psychology, organizational behavior, systems theory, systems science, which integrates rich theoretical resources. And based on the actual research of incentive mechanism about special teachers in rural areas of Ningxia from many perspectives and comprehensively proposed the points that based on promoting the comprehensive development of specially contracted teachers, starting from the actual need of the special post teachers, concentrating on strengthening individual thought education, confirming career faith, setting noble career ethics and dedication spirit for career, inspiring the power and energy of working, strengthening self-incentive and perfecting self-discipline mechanism. And building a scientific and fair incentive mechanism of specially contracted teachers in order to achieve the unification of social value and individual value, make the incentive goals clear, enrich the forms of incentives, adhere to the combination of material incentives and spiritual incentives, optimize the social environment instantly and ultimately achieve the goal of promoting the comprehensive development of specially contracted teachers. Therefore, the construction of incentive mechanisms of special post teachers in Ningxia should be based on the individual dimension and environment dimension that is the law of the unity of internal and external causes and grasp the building of its substantive elements.
