This study mainly discusses question about the special structure of special post teachers team.This study based on the actual situation of Ningxia education development in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, takes primary and secondary school special post teachers as the research object to find out the main content of teachers structure, and the weaknesses and shortcomings by using literature method, statistical method, comparative method, interview method, and reading literature, combing the predecessors of teachers structure. Then take a invest of special post teachers, their leaders and their colleagues at Pengyang county, Haiyuan county, Tongxin county, in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region, to know about the characteristics of the development and changes of special post teachers structure of primary and secondary schools in Ningxia for eight years. compare the similarities and differences in different period, special post teachers structure of, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, The key for the existing problems and reasons of special post teachers for dimensional analysis and discussion.From the research content, this study mainly includes five aspects. They are introduction, basic concepts, analysis of the causes to the problems, the influence of related function and, the optimization strategy. First of all, the introduction part includes the origin, purpose,meaning, current situation, methods and theoretical basis of research, etc.; Next, the researcher’s analysis of the concepts of special post teachers and the structure of teachers; The third, the researcher analyses and summarizes the changing characteristics of primary and secondary school special post teachers during eight years in Ningxia through data collection. And the researcher analyzes the problems from the political, economic, cultural, and the environmental aspects.
