Facing the social and class culture status, reflecting the development of education and teaching, Dialogue teaching is a strategy to solve the current culture and teaching problem. Although it applies only to the classroom, it can improve class culture, so as to change teaching and promote the development of education; It can also be extended to other areas of society, and then change the culture of the whole society and even the world, to solve various national culture collision and communion problem.This article can be divided into four parts.The first part is based on the interdependent relationship between culture and education, put forward the basic hypothesis of one-to-one correspondence between the classroom culture and teaching mode, dialogue teaching as a teaching mode must have a corresponding class culture. This section established the theme and direction.The second part has carried on the detailed discussion of dialogue teaching. From the core concept, then fully demonstrates the changing meaning of dialogue teaching under different historical and cultural conditions, next puts forward the theoretical basis of dialogue teaching, finally expounds the significance of dialogue teaching.The third part pays attention to the reality, the current phenomenon of the lack of dialogue teaching is analyzed. Through concrete cases showed the present situation of the lack of dialogue teaching, and thus indicates the reasons, they are, the misunderstanding and rejection of dialogue teaching, and pursuit of teaching speed, the harm is very big, from its cultural characteristics can see the education consequences, it reflects the relationship between culture and teaching once again from the reversed direction.The fourth part puts forward the solution to this problem. When the dialogue teaching carried out, combining theory with practice, the implementation strategy should based on the theoretical framework, then uses the implementation strategy, which includes preparation, process, reflection, summary and so on.
