Using time efficiently would expand the width of your life, meanwhile, wasting time would shorten your life. At the present time,under the view of strength life imitated education,reasonable management and better usage of teacher’s working time can enhance the quality of education and teaching,improve the efficiency of working time,lead your own professional progress and promote the harmonious development of life education. However,in the real life of a primary school teacher,the conflict between limited time and limitless routine work is prominent gradually. This situation is extremely harmful to the professional growth of primary school teacher and the improvement of the quality of education and teaching in a school, and also to the long-run development of a primary school. This article aims to research the problem and solution of primary school teacher’s time management, explore a new path of primary school teacher’s time management, provide a practical countermeasures for education administrative department,school manager and teacher. Likewise, the author hopes teacher would promote time management quality by strengthening their own study, and education administrative department would improve time management behavior by enhancing the construct of system.This article, from the angle of time management, basing on the Chinese and foreign time management theory, using literature-method and survey-method, makes a scientific definition of the primary school teacher’s time management. Aimed at the reality of primary school teacher’s time management, the questionnaire has been made,and five primary school in Changsha city were investigated. Through the serious conclusion and careful analysis of the primary school teacher’s time distribution, the difference of different background teacher’s working time distribution, and the common factors that effect the primary school teacher’s time management, the main problem existing in current primary school teacher’s time management have been summarized: exceeding the national standard’s primary school teacher’s working time,low time efficiency, structural imbalance of working time, uneven capacity of primary school teacher’s time management, big individual difference,time and space limitation of primary school teacher’s processional development. Seeing through the problem of primary school teacher’s time management, the author,from social environment,schoolmanagement,and teacher themselves these three aspect, further intensively analyzed the reason that effect primary school teacher’s time management.
