| Along with social progress and economic development, education is more and more valued by people, community on teacher’s professional qualities and abilities become more sophisticated and high professionalism of teachers to improve and upgrade teachers’ social status has become an inevitable trend of teachers’ professional development. Teacher qualification system is specific to teachers professional recognition and licensing system, is the guarantee of the quality of teacher education system is to contract requirements and necessary way of teachers’ professionalization. Teacher qualifications examination system as the first threshold of selection of qualified teachers, is an important component of teacher qualification system and its implementation to raise the level of teachers, improve teachers’ status, security plays an important role in the quality of teachers. In 2011, the Ministry of education has taken the lead in the national teacher qualification examination in Zhejiang and Hubei provinces, teacher qualification examination of the marks for 11 years has been upgraded to the teachers’ qualification "national test" (the exam). In 2012, Guangxi also joined in the pilot exam in Guangxi Province, launched the implementation of the national reform of teacher qualifications examination system.Using literature studies, questionnaires and interviews to study national teachers’ qualifications examination system, this study selected three normal universities in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object, a total of 1400 questionnaires were issued, a total of 1368 questionnaires were collected,1250 valid questionnaires, in which normal students 649, non-normal students 601, the effective rate is 91.37%, utilization rate is 89.29%. Through understand Guangxi carried out national teachers Qualification exam system of pilot work situation and the problem where, then excavations phenomenon behind implied of problem roots, last combined reality situation and parties of views,on Guangxi implementation national teachers Qualification exam system proposed some recommends, for example:increased on national teachers Qualification exam system of publicity efforts; strengthen the application of the educational practice of the examination; the content type development of normal universities should be realized in the active passive mode. In terms of national teachers’ qualifications examination system, by improving the written test content and test methods, improve organizational processes and test the validity of the interview, and so on.This study consists of five parts:part â… , introduction, including the origin, purpose and meaning, current situation analysis, core concepts, research methods. The second part traces the development of China’s teacher qualifications system, clear teacher certification system in our country’s history origins, establishment and development context, which summed up the implementing teacher qualification system and the meaning of exam system. The third part, analyses the implementation of the national qualifications examination system of primary and secondary school teachers, by interpreting the standards of primary and secondary schools and a kindergarten teacher qualification examination (for trial implementation), the Guangxi teachers’ qualification examination reform pilot scheme, such as policy documents, combined with the research interviews, concluded national teacher qualification examination system, which influence Guangxi Normal University. Part analyzes the implementation of the national teachers’ qualification examination problems of teachers’ qualifications examination system and national problems in itself, and then explore the fundamental reasons behind the phenomenon. Part v, combined with realities as well as the recommendations made by the respondents, seeking practical solutions, for the smooth implementation of the new system across the country to provide strong practical experience and practical basis, so as to establish a more reasonable and effective national system of qualification examination for teachers, improve teachers’ comprehensive qualities. |
