Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of College Graduates Applying For Guangxi Special Post Teachers

This paper based on the theory of public reason and in the perspective of employment of college graduates, using literature analysis and survey research method, researched on the problems and Countermeasures of college graduates applying for Guangxi special post teachers.First of all, this paper reviews and summarizes the implementation of "special post plan" in China and describes the background of the implementation of "special post project", the process of promotion and the results achieved. Secondly, the current situation of college graduates applying for Guangxi special post teachers is analyzed,and briefly reviews the current situation of the implementation of "special post plan" in Guangxi, from the teaching school, graduation, professional category, this year’s situation analysis of college graduates to apply for the size and structure of Guangxi special post teachers, and discusses the positive impact of the implementation of the "special post plan" in Guangxi.Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the problems.There are three innovations in this paper. First, in the selection of topics closely combined with the actual needs of Guangxi, carrying out a full investigation and Study on the process of college graduates applying for Guangxi special post teachers, and previous studies have not been conducted on this system. Second, from the perspective of research,the employment of college graduates from the perspective of the various phenomena and problems in the application of special post teachers, and previous studies have not been conducted in this perspective. Third, on the basis of theory,this article attempts to introduce the public reason as the theoretical basis to solve the problem of the university graduates to apply for Guangxi special post teachers, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
