| Since mathematical inquiry has become the topic of high school mathematics curriculum, the research about inquiry teaching of mathematics is very numerous, but the research of inquiry teaching based on technology is few. GeoGebra is a completely free dynamic software which has gathered geometry, algebra, probability and statistics, and calculus, providing an ideal platform for inquiry teaching of mathematics. Therefore, about the development of inquiry teaching with GeoGebra is a topic worthy of study. This paper studies the inquiry teaching of three major content of geometry, algebra and probability and statistics of high school with GeoGebra. First, through literature research, this paper proposed the principles of selecting material for inquiry teaching based on GeoGebra. Secondly, according to these principles this paper listed the content of Jiangsu version of high school compulsory mathematics textbooks suitable for inquiry. Thirdly, through literature study this paper put forward small strategies(creating real situation, construct mathematical knowledge) and big strategies(teachers’ and students’ participating together, combining classrooms inside and outside) of inquiry teaching with GeoGebra. Fourthly, this paper gave some typical teaching cases aiming at what is suitable for inquiry teaching in geometry, algebra and probability statistics with GeoGebra, and analysed and evaluated two video cases by linking theory with practice. Finally, this paper drew conclusions and gave some suggestions. The conclusions of this paper:(1) propose the principles of selecting material for inquiry teaching based on GeoGebra;(2) give the content suitable for inquiry teaching and teaching strategies of high school mathematics based on GeoGebra;(3) carrying out inquiry teaching of mathematics in high school with GeoGebra is necessary and feasible. |
