With the development of science and technology, the advent of the Internet era, a variety of new media have sprung up, so that people’s study, work and life has changed dramatically. New media as a representative of the new force, compared with the traditional media has a huge advantage, there is a responsibility to the public to actively convey the positive energy.The to Suzhou University, Institute of physical education teachers and students of physical education major as the research object, the main use of literature data method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods, volleyball is the effectiveness of energy of analysis to the new media relay.Results show:1. In this paper, first of all, the volleyball movement contains the positive energy to sort out, and it is summarized as three levels of spiritual culture, technical and tactical and fitness. Through the investigation, at present, the positive energy of volleyball has been widely recognized, and it has important practical significance for the healthy development of China’s society.2. At present, there is still a certain gap between the social influence of volleyball and football and basketball in our country. The development of volleyball should be based on the strength of media, and the effect of the new media on the movement of volleyball is higher than that of the traditional media.3. New media of different media to convey the effect of the positive energy is not the same.
