With the reform of the new course, effective teaching has been accepted by more and more people. In the course of reform, people pay more attention to the effectiveness of classroom teaching, but there are still some problems which make low the efficiency of physics classroom teaching. Most scholars have made research on effective teaching strategies, and give suggestions, but there are less research on effective teaching methods, the author discusses the effective teaching method in senior High school.Through consulting a large number of documents, Based on the concept of effective teaching, this paper discusses the definition of effective teaching, the concept of effective teaching, effective teaching standards, the characteristics of effective teaching.According to the students’ learning interest, the preparation before class, the evaluation of the physics teaching, the learning situation, the confusion of the study and the classroom experience of the six dimensions of design the questionnaire. Put the Internship school questionnaire, got the recovery of the questionnaire data statistics and analysis, combined with the practice school with class experience in, author summed up the cause of the high school physics classroom some inefficiencies from the student and the teacherThen there are further research on the common teaching methods were in-depth study, such as teaching method, discussion method, intuitive demonstration method, task driven method, problem exploring method, situational teaching method.It mainly discusses the applicability of different teaching methods and teaching technique combined with different teaching methods.Then, the author analyzes the case of the internship school, studies the practice of the teaching case, and makes a reflection on the result of the teaching practice.In the end, through the practice of one semester, compare the experimental class and the control class with different teaching methods, the author conclude the results of the two classes.Based on the research, the author draws the following conclusions:Ⅰ. Teachers stimulate students’interest in learning by showing the beauty of physics, and lay the foundation of effective teaching from the perspective of learning motivation.Ⅱ. Through the physical phenomenon of teaching, training students’ thinking ability, to guide students to master the physical learning methods gradually.Ⅲ. To organize students to explore, to help students to establish the confidence of learning.Ⅳ. Arrangement of homework reasonably, to help students go over the knowledge in time,and form a good learning habits.Ⅴ. In this era of information, teachers should not only help students to learn physical knowledge,but also pay attention to guide students to learn independently through problem oriented.Through curricular and extracurricular combination strengthen the effect of effective teaching.This study make students have more interest on class with better performance, to improve the ability of communication and cooperation between them, helps to improve the their ability of analysis and implementation of three-dimensional object has a positive role in promoting.
