With the development of the Chinese higher education, the number of college students has increased dramatically, the employment difficulties became a serious problem what the college students and universities facing. How to improve the ability of college students’ employment is not only what the students care about, but also is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of higher education. Therefore, college students’ employment ability and school factors affecting research has important theoretical and realistic significance. This study through reviewing the existing literature collection, in combination with the practical situation of yanbian university, combine the combination of investigation and research theory, constructs the model of college students’ employment ability, named college students’ employment ability including professional knowledge and skills, English level, computer application ability, learning ability, strain capacity, communication ability, practice ability, team cooperation ability, information retrieval ability, career planning consciousness and personal qualities eleven dimensions. Analysis the influence on college students’ employment ability from the school classroom teaching, the curriculum and the campus culture and environment. Through the questionnaire of college students’ employment ability survey, base on the yanbian university students effectively after measuring data, analyze the data to draw the following conclusion:(1)The overall level of the college students’ employment ability performance in general, including English, computer application ability and consciousness of career planning level performance is poorer; There are differences between Korean and han nationality students employment ability;(2)The ability of university students’ employment was significantly positively related with students’ English proficiency, computer skills, communication skills and the amount of professional practice teaching activity;(3) School of classroom teaching, curriculum and campus cultural environment has a significant influence on college students’employment ability.On the results of the study, put forward the following suggestions:(1) Increase the intensity of English and computer classroom teaching reform to improve university students’employment ability;(2) Enhance students’career planning awareness training to improve college students’employment ability;(3) Carry out cooperation between School and the employing units to improve university students’employment ability.
