| Education is the foundation. Education to some extent determines the strength anddevelopment potential of a country. In ancient times those who wanted to learn wouldseek out a teacher,one who could propagate the doctrine,impart professionalknowledge,and resolve doubts. So, how to train teachers, training teachers in how tobecome a hotspot and focus of teacher education, though, experts in differentcountries at different times from their respective areas of expertise proposed differenttheories and ideas, but they invariably referred to cultivate students beloved teacher,the teacher is such a charismatic teacher. This article has been in the field oforganizational studies before the "charismatic traits" into the field of education,research and university teachers’ charismatic traits. The charismatic teacher is definedas having a particularly intuitive appeal, appeal and influence, is imitated teachers andstudents learning object.Based on the theoretical framework to build teachers’ college charismatic traits toexplore traits college teachers charismatic structural model, based on the preparationof high quality teachers college charismatic traits structured questionnaires (hisassessment), and use the questionnaire as a research tool using multi-linear analysisexamines the effects of variables on the charm school teacher traits. Therefore, thisarticle is divided into two research purposes. First, the preparation of high qualityteachers college charismatic traits structured questionnaire. The questionnaire contains five factors,Personality traits, moral, physical appearance, qualifications and abilities, totaling35topics.(2) The use of test-retest reliability, split-half reliability, homogeneity reliability and content validity, construct validity, discriminate validity and structural equationmodel, the questionnaire to detect a variety of reliability and validity, the resultsshowed that the questionnaire has high reliability and validity.(3) Using structural equation model questionnaire confirmatory factor analysis,comparing three models, the results show that college teachers charismatic traitsstructure is a traits structure composed of multiple dimensions structure whichcomprised five first-order factor and single second-order factor, by an order ofpersonality, character, fitness, qualifications and only grid five factors togetherexplained the charm of a high-level university teacher traits.(4) Using multi-linear analysis techniques to explore the effects of variables on thecharm school teacher qualities.
