| As one of self-conscious emotions, guilt means that individual behavior hurts others or disobey the moral code and then has the conscientiousness introspection and negative emotion for his actions. Understanding guilty feelings means the individual produces embodied cognition to guilty feelings, one negative emotion, to the reason and effect of negative experience. In general, the person who has guilty feelings will try his best to do behaviors of compensation in order that he can reduce the negative emotions.In order to have a study about the developmental feature of understanding ability for hearing-impaired children’s guilty feelings, the study adopts open-ended questionnaire to investigate the case of hearing-impaired children’s guilty feelings, selects the case of cause to happen, and then forms story cases. Adopting questionnaire survey can study the development of hearing-impaired children’s understanding ability, meanwhile, it can inspect the development of normal children’s and make an in-depth comparison between the two guilty feelings.The study result indicates:(1) The case inducing guilty of hearing-impaired children mainly focus on interpersonal communication cases, the people of interpersonal communication mainly are friends and parents.(2) The understanding of hearing-impaired children to guilty emotion has significant differences between the rank of class and hearing impairment,rather than the sexual distinction and the level of their parents’hearing.(3) There are remarkable differences in different cases about understanding of between hearing-impaired children and normal children. In friends’case, hearing-impaired children and normal children have a better understanding to guilty feelings(4) In the first level understanding ability of guilty, no difference occurs between hearing-impaired children and normal children; In the second and the third have significant variation, the development of hearing-impaired children lags behind the normal children.(5) Through the comparison, the development of hearing-impaired and normal children is similar, but the development level of hearing-impaired children is far behind the normal’s. |
