Research On Political Teachers' Quality In Secondary Schools Against The Background Of The New Curriculum Reform

Teachers' quality is the quality that a professional teacher must have. Teachers' quality isn't static, it advances with the development of the times.Based on the analysis of the questionnaires to the problems of the quality of the secondary school political teacher in Xiangcheng District ,Suzhou, this thesis confirms the new demands of the secondary school political teachers' quality, combines the demands of the New Curriculum, put forword to the Countermeasures in order to come up with them .The thesis is composed of six sections:Section one:From several aspects, the article discussed the background and the meaning of the study of the political teachers' quality in the secondary school.Section two:The author expounds the concept of the teachers' quality , analysis the particular exhibiton and the research situation of the time of the political teachers' quality in the secondarys school.Section three:By using for the expounding of the new demands , the author discusses the reason for foucussing on the new demands of the teaching quality, and studies what are the new demands of the teaching quality against the background of the New Curriculum.Section four:The author dignose other new demands of the secondary political teachers', it is composed of the cultural quality and political, ethical quality of thought.Section five:According to the questionnaires to the problem of the quality , the author analysis the main difficulties and ideal Countermeasures of the implement of the new demands of the political teachers' quality.Section six:0ut of the three points of view,which are the social macrocosmic, profession, and individual microcosmic , the thesis putts forword to some policy suggestion on how to improve the quality of the secondary school political teachers' .
