The teacher performance pay policy of the school is an important measure for the government to protect and improve the teachers’ treatment, improve the status of teachers, attract and encourage all kinds of talented people to teach and teach for a long time. However, the ultimate realization of the reasonable allocation of teachers’ wages and the teachers are willing to teach, willing to teach, as a lifelong career this goal, but also look at the performance of teachers in the implementation of the specific performance. Therefore, this paper, Hejiang County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province as an example, the compulsory education school teacher performance pay policy implementation for empirical research, understand the background, present situation analysis, find out the reasons, and puts forward how to effective implementation of teacher performance pay policy of compulsory education, to promote the development of China’s compulsory education school teacher performance pay system reform.Based on the domestic and international research on the performance pay of compulsory education school, the paper analyzes the background, process and policy value of the compulsory education school performance wage policy, and it is not only the balanced development of compulsory education, but also the fair and efficiency.Secondly, this paper mainly adopts interview method and questionnaire survey method, in Hejiang County, Sichuan Province as an example the execution of compulsory education school teacher performance pay policy implementation status analysis and interpretation, found policy in the implementation process, there are some results, such as the teacher’s salary increase, has been generally recognized by the majority of teachers and so on, but there are still some real problems to be solved. These problems hinder the further the effective implementation of the policy. And then, this paper uses the theory basis of the early stage, the problem of the performance pay of compulsory education in the present situation, and analyzes its causes, and summarizes the specific problems, the lack of education funds, policy interpretation and linkage is not enough, the policy evaluation system has flaws, the implementation of the supervision mechanism is not in place, the school management reform and the lack of teacher autonomy.Finally, through a series of research processes, And combined with the analysis of the causes of the problems in the implementation of the policy, the corresponding suggestions for the feasibility of the specific,From the government funding, policy itself and the implementation of the environment, the implementation of the policy of supervision, the school and the development of teachers and other aspects of the implementation of the policy to further improve the implementation of specific ideas.
