Compensation management plays an important role in the management of independent colleges. How to design the salary system, how to design the salary system is reasonable and to adapt to the development of independent colleges, these issues are very important in the management of independent college.This paper mainly through the collection to JK college and other independent college salary related information and teaching staff, the literature data, data analysis and discussion, the use of questionnaire survey, descriptive statistical analysis, JK independent college salary system for comprehensive diagnosis, and on the basis of the JK college salary system to redesign and improve, to build a relatively reasonable and more adaptive compensation system, to explore more scientific compensation management.This thesis is a research on the classification and the post of the staff of the JK, and it is not scientific, but it is still too simple, thin and weak, and it is weak. In the system, the paper has carried on the redesign to the salary system, and has carried on the more reasonable classification and the post division to the system. In addition, according to the remuneration and then design ideas for teaching staff to preach and training, to ensure the smooth implementation of the new system and implementation.
