With the publish of the<National medium and long-term plan for education reform and development(2010-2020)>and<Several Opinions of the State Council on Encouraging Social Forces to Start Education and Promote the Healthy Development of Private Education>,the government is paying more attention on the early-childhood education industry.With the limited capacity of the state-run public preschool education institutions to meet the high-quality education requirements of the masses,the private preschool education market has developed rapidly.At the same time,in recent years,the subject has developed greatly in China.Now,human resource management is one of the most important subjects in the world.Therefore,it is important to increase the research on human management in kindergartens and improve the level of kindergarten management education in China.In this paper,we choose A Preschool Education Group as the research object.First of all,introduce the development of A Preschool Education Group.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,we can understand the status quo of employee incentive system.Finally,we summarize the current incentive mechanism of the group by analyzing the research results and data.Secondly,combining with the development process of A Education Group and the relevant theoretical knowledge of human resources management,this paper analyzes and summarizes some of the main causes of the problems of the current compensation incentive mechanism of the Group;Thirdly,on the basis of fully understanding the above reasons,Finally,we design a practical implementation plan based on the optimization strategy of incentive mechanism and determine the factors that affect the evaluation of the implementation effect in order to keep abreast of the operation of the new incentive mechanism.In the course of this study,I found that the overall salary of private kindergartens is not high,and the incentive effect of the salary system is generally low.Meanwhile,there is a low salary level,unreasonable wage structure,imperfect welfare policy and performance appraisal There are many issues such as unclear standards and unfair promotion channels.So as to continuously improve the enthusiasm of the whole teacher team,enhance teachers’ sense of responsibility and improve their cultural quality,so as to promote the development of the whole education team. |
