Design And Implementation Of Exercise Classification System Based On Knowledge Point Hierarchical Graph

Based on the background of the rapid development of Internet information technology and the explosion of exercises,this paper analyzes the current classification algorithm,the classification system of teaching resources and the existing problems in exercises.Analyzing the requirements of the exercise classification system and designing the overall framework,the paper also explores the Constructivism Learning Theory,the Connectivism Theory and The New Taxonomy of Educational Objectives and researches the technology of data crawler,Chinese Word Segmentation,text representation,keyword extraction and Naive Bayesian Model.This exercises classification system based on hierarchical graph of knowledge points uses Spring server development framework.Then starting from modern educational technology,this paper designs and achieves a User Login module for students and teachers on the server side,Management module for administrator,Answer Questions module for students.structures database tables from system underlying,completes exercises data crawl module by crawler,Data Cleaning module and extract keywords module.builds Word Cloud,Next test this system.This part consists of the accuracy testing of the classification algorithm and the usability testing of the system.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the deficiency of the exercise classification system and looks ahead the future.
