Since the reform and opening up, step by step to speed up the socialist modernization of our country, the urbanization level are greatly improved, the floating population in breadth and depth can be further improved, which provide a strong impetus to the progressive development of our country. But at the same time, all kinds of social problems are accompanied by the emergence of population mobility, the number of migrant children are increasing, and faced with the outstanding social problems. Social policy factors, family environment factors and adolescent psychological factors are the causes of the problems. How to correct the reasonable solution with the migrant children’s problem, let them to enjoy the fruits of social development, related to the cause of our social equity can truly realize, and social harmonious and stable development.This study with children of migrant workers as the research object, in order to solve migrant children’s education as the research content, based on the features of the migrant children group, from the whole of migrant children’s education problem discussed. And then focus in the case work, through the cognitive behavioral therapy to analyze problems, formulated in the case the main professional services program and client individuals were treated and correction, to help them solve the major educational issues, enhanced their enthusiasm for education and the desire of future.The article is divided into three parts: the introduction part introduces the social background of the study, and then have a detailed review of the migrant children education research literature, thus forming on the current understanding of the research status and achievements, to further clarify the guiding direction of the study. Then introduce the contents of this research, including the main research fields involved in the study, the practical significance of this study and the guiding theory and practice methods. The second part detailed introduced case work in the research process, through connected case, intervention, implementation, evaluation and other aspects of solving the case of the main face of education, to promote the main case of growth and development, and formed the case work certain experience. The third part for service summary and recommendations, mainly on the basis of the author in the study found some practical problems and explores some counter measures, to provide constructive advice and advocacy and perfection of social policy in our country, for our better solution with the relocation of the education of children of fertility problems lay the foundation.
