Through interviewing by telephone people in charge in more than 20 compulsory education elementary and middle schools in Yunyan District and Naming District in Guiyang, the author primarily understands the basic school-accessing situations of the children of the migrant rural workers. In addition, the author selects randomly six schools as samples to carry on the questionnaire survey in an attempt to further understand some main"survival"problems of them. Then the author explores the reasons causing these problems. At last, the author elaborates on the significances of solving these problems and then proposes some concrete countermeasures for solving these problems.The thesis is composed of the chapters as follows:Chapter1: Firstly, the author introduces the history background and the goal of the research, then carries on the literature summary, explores this thesis's breakthrough point. Finally, the author defines the basic concepts and introduces the main research techniques.Chapter2: Through interviewing the children of the Rustic-Workers and asking them to answer a questionnaire, the author understands their main " survival" problems in civic public schools: 1,They enhanced academic records with difficulty and is insufficient of self-confidence. 2,Because certain "the bad custom" from the countryside and city society `s discrimination against them, they displayed bad behaviors for self-protection. 3,In the school atmosphere without harmony, the children of the Rustic-Workers performanced self-abased ,self-shuts and rebellious psychology.4,analyzes the relations of the public school ,the teacher and the student in Guiyang to children of the rustic-workers.5,a series of charges also affected their "the survival" in civic public schools.Chapter3: The author attempts to explore reasons causing these problems taking into account of the social class idea, home environment of the children of the Rustic-Workers, the civic government and department responsibility for education without fair idea. Furthermore, that schools and teachers in civic public schools didn't implement essential innovation also is one of important causes. Chapter4: The author elaborates the significances of solving the "the survival" problem in civic public schools of the Guiyang `s the children of the Rustic-Workers and proposes the concrete countermeasures: 1,the government and citizens is supposed to get rid of the mistake ideas and the prejudices which the traditional social classic thought and the household register system creates. 2,supposed to reform tradition household register system and establish "the compulsory education certificate". 3,strengthening the home education.4,optimizing the management and the teaching process of school and teacher.Chapter5: The author summarizes the significances of innovation in the conclusion of the thesis.
