In China’s new curriculum reform process, "learning plan guiding with" to "teach" is known to the front-line educators and application with the characteristics of teaching and promote learning ", this kind of teaching mode gradually showing large scale, wide geographical characteristics. In recent years, Chinese teaching in senior high school through" learning plan guiding, made obvious achievements in teaching in a certain extent, but because most teachers ignore the study and Research on the theory, making this kind of teaching pattern, there are some problems in the concrete teaching process."Leading the blind application of learning plan" by combining with the author’s own educational practice and theory research, the current high school language learning plan guiding the analysis, it is found that the main problems in the learning design, application and evaluation of three aspects: first, the design of the learning plan is obsolete, and the lack of good learning style, embodies the design lesson plans, presupposition, the preparation of the surface; second, teachers lack of scientific analysis, so that the same in every class, and the emergence of the learning in the language classroom; third, the "learning plan guidance of evaluation criteria, evaluation subject, evaluation method is relatively simple, the evaluation results of the lack of a comprehensive, objective and scientific.Combined with the problem itself, the author puts forward the problem solving strategies: firstly, teachers should standardize the compilation idea, scientific and reasonable design of the learning; secondly, teachers should according to the learning and classroom to appropriate applications of a learning plan; finally, teachers should strive to be comprehensive, objective, scientific teaching, on the "learning plan guiding system for a multi evaluation are as follows.In short, this thesis seeks for constructing a scientific reasonable high school language learning plan guiding classroom, from the point of view of the concrete teaching practice, put forward concrete strategies to solve the problem. I hope these strategies for Chinese teachers in guiding students with learning to provide a certain degree of reference, but also hope that this paper can assist to help the future of the Chinese teaching.
