With 20 years development, the system of the graduates of elementary education has been improved gradually, but there are still many problems. The current situation of the teaching practice ability, the existing teaching problems of the cultivation of practice ability, the causes of the problems and how to put forward improving the graduates’ cultivating strategy of teaching practice ability major in elementary education, according to the specialty of elementary education, these are the problems of this study attempting to explore.This research mainly adopts literature research, questionnaire survey method, classroom observation and interview method. Firstly, taking the full-time graduates of elementary education as the research object, Through interview and questionnaire survey turned out that the basic teaching practice ability is overall better, but there are problems in board drawing; The applicable practical teaching practice ability is generally good, but absence of efficient guidance in actual application; the whole of developing teaching practice ability is strong, in spite of having cultivating awareness, but lacking of innovation ability for teaching analysis. Secondly, further analysis found their mode of talent cultivation lacked of pertinence, less effective guidance of the teaching theory courses for the teaching practice, weak effectiveness of the teaching practical skills training and the graduates of elementary education with less self-cultivation consciousness. Finally, proposing four aspects of improvement strategies on building the particularity of elementary education talent training mode, paying attention to the coordination between teaching theory and teaching practice, establishing and strengthening the training system of teaching practice ability and improving the understanding for the major of elementary education and the development of future career.Through the study of the problem, it is conductive to give rise to the value of teaching practical ability of the graduates major in elementary education, to raise the consciousness of self-cultivation, to improve competitive advantage towards a job of teaching. |
