The cornerstone of professional competence as a teacher supporting growth, is every kindergarten teachers’pursuit of the goal. The first part of this study is mainly by means of the literature of domestic and foreign related kindergarten teacher professional ability and develop the data analysis of teacher role connotation, feature, structure and teacher professional development approaches and Strategies of relevant information of finishing, explore the in research content, method and depth, of kindergarten teachers in Hohhot city of six professional ability is proposed referring to existing research and< Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standards>.. in the second part, using the method of questionnaire, supplemented by interviews of Hohhot City 47 kindergarten teacher and 140 teachers in general are investigated.
