Research On The Basic Situation Of The Professional Competence Of Kindergarten Teachers And The Ways Of Training

The cornerstone of professional competence as a teacher supporting growth, is every kindergarten teachers’pursuit of the goal. The first part of this study is mainly by means of the literature of domestic and foreign related kindergarten teacher professional ability and develop the data analysis of teacher role connotation, feature, structure and teacher professional development approaches and Strategies of relevant information of finishing, explore the in research content, method and depth, of kindergarten teachers in Hohhot city of six professional ability is proposed referring to existing research and< Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standards>.. in the second part, using the method of questionnaire, supplemented by interviews of Hohhot City 47 kindergarten teacher and 140 teachers in general are investigated. Firstly, it analyzes the kindergarten teachers in different personal backgrounds and work capability of the major differences, points out that at this stage in the capability of the major existing problems. Then the basic situation of the professional ability in the Hohhot City, a kindergarten teacher in education and teaching design ability, management and education activities, organization and implementation capacity, motivation and evaluation ability, communication and cooperation are described and compared with the ordinary teachers, Hohhot City teacher professional ability has the characteristics of the mining.
