| In recent years, under the background of globalization and the economic transition, great changes have taken place to our country’s employment situation. And there’s no doubt that university students’ employment must be affected by this. The 2015 national college graduates had a total of 7.50 million people, which reached a new record. At the same time, the college art students enrollment has been incteasing and the overall number of art students continues to grow. However, the corresponding employment demand hasn’t changed and the situation of obtaining employment is becoming increasingly rigorous. So art graduates should choose multiple way to create jobs for themselves.This study will take Jinan university art college students as the research object, by discussing the sources of entrepreneurial opportunities for art student—entrepreneurs, studying the successful and failing cases, analyzing the problems existing in the process of identification and development to put forward some countermeasures.This study mainly focus on the sources of entrepreneurial opportunities, and the entrepreneurial opportunity identification and development. Through the 185 graduated and undergraduated art students’ questionnaire survey, I found that most entrepreneurs had a startup will before startup and made active preparations for entrepreneurship.In addition, the study also found that, compared with the more conservative ideas of entrepreneurs in the past, now part of entrepreneurs are able to timely discover and explore the tips and techniques to solve problems, and actively prepare for venture investment funds when they face the problems need to be solved in the market.Through research, this paper analyzes the sources of the finding for the entrepreneurial opportunities, and through the analysis of the relationship between the sources of entrepreneurial opportunities to give some suggestions to solve the problems of sources of entrepreneurial opportunities for the entrepreneurs. |
