Entrepreneurship of college students plays a vital role in the better and faster development of the country’s economy,can solve the problem of employment difficulties for college students,and provide more employment opportunities for the society.All sectors of society are all thinking about how to effectively promote college students’ entrepreneurship,and are actively seeking solutions to this problem.This thesis takes college students as the research object,through the analysis of college students’ characteristics and the interpretation of entrepreneurial narratives,it discusses the degree and mechanism of entrepreneurial narrative and entrepreneurial characteristics on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.Enrich the research results in the field of entrepreneurial opportunity identification,and encourage more scholars to pay attention to the individual characteristics of college students and the role of entrepreneurial narrative in the process of opportunity identification.This article uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,empirical research method and other methods to identify entrepreneurial traits,entrepreneurial narratives and entrepreneurial opportunities.Based on their connotations,development practices,and related academic research progress and results,this paper deeply explores how college students’ entrepreneurial traits pass The mechanism that affects entrepreneurial narrative and then has an impact on entrepreneurial opportunity identification,proposes the research model of this article,and proposes corresponding research hypotheses for the research model,conducts empirical research on the basis of questionnaire survey,and uses SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 25.0 for the collected data Perform correlation analysis on scales and samples,test the reliability and validity of scales,test the reliability and validity of theoretical models and model fit through CFA,test theoretical model path coefficients and research hypotheses through SEM analysis,and deeply explore college students’ personality traits and entrepreneurial narratives And the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The different dimensions of college students’ personality traits play a significant role in the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities.Among them,open and extroverted personality traits have a significant positive impact on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities,and neurotic personality traits have a significant negative impact on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities.(2)The three dimensions of college students’ entrepreneurial narrative play a positive role in the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,and content preparation,passion,and narrative involvement respectively have significant positive effects.(3)The personality traits of college students have a significant effects on entrepreneurial narratives.Extroverted personality traits have significant negative,positive,and positive effects on content preparation,passion,and narrative involvement,respectively;Open personality traits have significant positive,negative,and negative effect on content preparation,passion,and narrative involvement,respectively;Neurotic personality traits have significant positive,negative,and negative effect on content preparation,passion,and narrative involvement,respectively.(4)The college students’ entrepreneurial narrative has a partial mediating effect between personality characteristics and the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities.Recommendations: Facing the characteristics of individual entrepreneurship,improve the pertinence of entrepreneurship education;focus on entrepreneurial narratives,strengthen the cultivation of college students’ "storytelling" ability;attach importance to the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,and enhance the effectiveness of college students’ entrepreneurial support policies. |
