Research On The Mode Of School Frustration Education For College Students

Today, we are under the era of big data, the rapid update and integration of data ur ge the change and development of the society, all kinds of competition are also growing, people are facing increasing pressure, college students as th e main force of socialism construction come under the sam e pressure from academic, emotional, interpersonal, and employment, their mental health diathesis and ability to resist frustrations are getting high attention from society. Therefore, frustration education to college students is imperative. The constitution of college students’ school setback education mode to promote college students’ mental health diathesis and ability to resist se tback, to promote the development of setback education has im portant guiding significance.The article is divided into four parts: the f irst part, introduce the reason of the chosen topic and its significance, combing the current domestic and foreign research, clarify research idea and method and introduce the innovation of the paper. The second part, identify the frustration, frustration education, college students’ frustration education pattern, concise the foundation of students’ school se tback education research, provi de the theory basis of the study on the m odel of frustration education fo r college students. The third part, adopt empirical research m ethod, through the inves tigation of the status quo of the setback education to college students, sum marizes the school achievem ents and existing problem s about frustration education on college student s, and analyzes the existing problem s. The fourth part is the focus of this study, as well as the innovation aspect. Aiming at the problems of school frustration education fo r college students, com bined with school internal setback education running system to build university students’ setback education pattern, the pattern is under the leadership of the s chool committee which consist of the teaching sys tem, student management system, logistics service system and evaluation system respectively, to educate college students about frustration education in all directions, enhance the effect of the setback education, provide the research idea and precise operation scheme for frustration education.
