Nowadays, with the advent of new technology, informationtechnology has penetrated into all aspects of economic development and social life, the lifestyle of human and learning style is gradually changed. "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan for(2010-2020)" clearly states: "Information technology has revolutionized impact on education development, to which great importance needs to beattached. " With the regional education information to carry out in full swing, teaching tools gradually toward modernization, electronic schoolbag-a portable mobile device with rich teaching resources, will further promote the process of educational informatization, a trend of digital education.In order to adapt to the rapid development of information society, reading should become a daily living skills, the teaching of reading as an important part of language teaching, we need to be highly valued. The reading teaching improves students’ reading skills by training the students listening, speaking, reading and writing ability of the four comprehensive in primary school, electronic schoolbag for its rich resources, forms and other advantages characteristics to help primary language reading instruction, but to pilot schools which electronic schoolbags just walked into the classroom, in the teaching of reading, teachers how to effectively organize teaching, students how to improve language reading literacy withthe resources of electronic schoolbag, is the most important task of Chinese reading teaching based on the resources of electronic schoolbag.At present, through the pilot school survey, using electronic schoolbag teaching in our province, in the survey I found that theoretical results and actual teaching does not comply, teachers in teaching activities in accordance with existing models, but the existing resources based on the electronic schoolbag does not have specific teaching strategies, and it is for the irrational use of electronic schoolbagresources, thus in the teaching process there will be a lot of problems, for example: teachers and students do not attach importance to preview, process of teaching students and teachers with a problem in class, lead teachers in the classroom is very difficult to control various aspects of teaching time, teachers in the corresponding period of time is difficult to complete the task of teaching, inappropriate use of electronic schoolbag, cooperative learning passable, teachers too much emphasis on text content, neglect reading ability, homework in the form of a single and so on.In this study, for analysis of the problems, in the original teaching model guidance, according to the thought of reading teaching of Ye Shengtao, Chinese reading teachinggoal of primary school andthe basic requirements of reading teaching by new curriculum for higher grades students in primary school.Proposed teaching strategies before class, classes, after-school stage, make full use of the electronic schoolbag Benefits Features of abundant resources and strong interaction. On the basis of teachers and students can be accepted, play advantage on electronic education in a greater degree, and select a few typical Lesson the primary school language teaching materials in the design, analysis and lesson plans to reflect.We are hoping to effectively solve the existing resource problems which use electronic schoolbag teaching in Primary School, to help teachers.
