With the rapid development of information and technology, the Internet’s impact on personal lifestyle is becoming more profound than ever. Now, the existence of social network has caused subversive influence on the interactive mode of realistic social network and its inner information dissemination. At present, China’s Internet penetration rate has reached 38.7%. At the same time, online social network is changing people’s lifestyle and communication mode little by little. It even became the major behavior pattern for people to acquire information, spread information and entertain. Social media has become a platform for people to study together and share knowledge, which helps learners establish a more effective and multi-dimensional communication mode and share their ideas. As a result, they build trust and receive feedback.This paper selects university students as the target groups, expands the technology adoption model on the basis of current effects of Wechat study function, blends in new impact factors, and explores the relationship among learning acknowledgement, belief and the attitude to use mobile information and technology. Then it studies the factors that facilitate students to accept mobile learning and the relationship among these factors. All the study is based on the related theories such as technology acceptance model, informal study theory, situation cognition theory, flow theory and activity theory.The second part, it uses 210 e-questionnaires as sample cases and screens the initial established policy influencing factors. It uses these factors as explaining variables and classifies and assigns.This paper draws the following conclusions through theoretical and practical analysis: First, college students’ intention of using mobile devices to learn is positively correlated to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm and individual innovation. The learning resource has positive influence on behavior intention via indirectly affect perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and immersion experience. On the contrary, immersion experience directly affect the behavior intention. Finally, on the basis of the previous theoretical introduction and empirical analysis, this paper comes up with improvement suggestions from the perspective of several major influencing factors. It also puts forward corresponding strategies to perfect the studying effects of social network.Studying by network has become one of the most important way for university students. But nowadays, the network studying environment construction is relativelycomplete, the network studying effects of university students are still unsatisfying, this result is contrary to the original intention of network construction. And mobile learning is one of the popular form of network learning. This paper explores the influencing factors of network studying effects by investigating network studying behavior. It also comes up with strategies to complete the studying effects. This has great significance for guiding university students to study effectively in information-based environment.
