At the same time the campus football activities has developed all over the country. In the background of development, football enriching the campus sports culture and promoting of the development for students body and mind Using through the literature material law, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method, the author has established management evaluation index system of primary school football team in Hangzhou. In this paper, based on the theory of project management, human resources management theory and learning theory in sports training, according to the systematic, objectivity, developmental, operability and incentive principles, the author has established the evaluation index of primary school football team management system in Hangzhou, Including of the five first-level indicators, that is to organization management, personnel management, training management, competition and management, etc.; The primary index includes to secondary indexes, a total of 25 secondary indexes. In the evaluation index of 5 class organization management, personnel management, training management, competition and their weight percentage of 26.38, respectively,23.92,26.98,11.76 and 10.96. Through the case analysis preserved Bao chu ta pagoda experimental school football team management level evaluation, the evaluation result is reasonable and scientific.
