WeChat is a Tencent Inc in January 21,2011 officially promoted free chat tool, it is possible to carry out instant messaging services similar to QQ software, a quick tool for dating. But it is in addition to a chat software, or a strong self media. Users can be in the tablet, web, mobile phone WeChat account login, but also you can see some of the highlights of the content to be sent to a link to a friend or to share in the circle of friends. WeChat has now become one of the important means of social communication, it has a convenient and quick advantage and unique mode of operation, much loved by the masses of the people. Taking WeChat as an example, this paper makes a research on the dissemination of the concept of fitness in the new media environment, and draws the following conclusions by the methods of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, comparative study and other research methods:1、200 WeChat users of the proportion of men and women is more balanced, the proportion of young people to the higher. Most of the micro letter users have been concerned with at least a fitness philosophy of public, and more than 90 percent of users will be watching public push message, more than half will communicate practice, and the recognition is very high.2、New media advantage is in the communication process with extensive, time-saving, compatibility and other advantages; overall comparative analysis the advantages outweigh the disadvantages; micro channel and user’s attention on the concept of fitness showed a rising trend, which can be as a better spread of fitness philosophy a good platform.3、WeChat communication fitness concept with fragmentation, timeliness and other characteristics.4、WeChat’s marketing ability to spread the concept of fitness, driving and convenient and so on are the reasons for its success.
