In2003, the State Council forwarded " the preschool education reformand development guidance" to the Ministry of education and nine other tendepartments.The chapter about the preschool education was put into“national medium and long-term educational reform and developmentprogram (2010-2020year)”,promulgated in July,2010.On November21,2010, the State Council issued "several opinions on the current developmentof preschool education”. On December1,2010, the State Council held anational conference of videophone about the work of preschool education.With the promulgation of the series of policies and regulations, peoplebegan to realize the importance of early childhood education in childrendevelopment.At the same time, with the supportive of the government and all circles insociety, the kindergarten education in Guyang County has been developingrapidly. Current, because the inside and outside entironment of earlychildhood education updates constantly, It is necessary to recognize thepresent situation and problems of Guyang County kindergarten education,in order to play the foundation role of preschool education in the children’sdevelopment more efficiently. It helps each kindergarten to adjust thepresent situation and problems of the development of early childhoodeducation, aking the early childhood education become the education thatcan help lay a good foundation for the lifelong development of each child.This paper is based on such understanding, and it has analyses andproposed suggestions about Guyang country early childhood educationcomprehensively and thoroughly. This article contains three parts. The firstpart introduces the situation of preschool education in Guyang.From theGuyang County kindergarten coverage and school-age children enrollmentinto kindergarten curriculum, funding, teacher quality, home of education, system of supervision. The second part analyses the present situation andpoints problem of Guyang county’s preschool education. The third part putforward suggestion of Guyang county’s preschool education. In this paper,the biggest advantage is that it is based on reality, and looks to the future.The feasible proposals were put forward according to the reasonableanalysis about the present situation of Guyang County kindergarteneducation. And they are of guiding significance to the development ofpreschool education in Guyang county.
