With the development of Education Informationization, educationaltechnology has become a teacher must master the basic knowledge andskills. China’s current education informatization construction has madecertain progress,but overall speaking,there also exist a number ofrelatively weak link. These weak point has restricted educationalinformationization overall development.The author through the analysisof relevant domestic teachers’ ability of educational technology researchand development status of the home about educational technology abilitystudy very much,research involving the ability of educational technologycondition,educational technology ability training,modern distanceeducation project,Information technology ability etc. On the agriculturaland pastoral areas of primary and secondary school teachers’ educationaltechnology ability status and Countermeasures Research and not many.So the study of new starting point here.Through the investigation andstudy,understanding of the agricultural and pastoral areas of the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region primary and middle school teachers’ability of educational technology status.Analysis of influence factors andputs forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal,to promote theoverall agricultural and pastoral areas of primary and secondaryeducation and teaching quality.This research mainly adopts literature analysis, questionnaireinvestigation, interview, on-the-spot investigation methods for combiningmultiple methods. Survey of a random sampling method, to my area,Tongliao, Chifeng and three cities and counties in6agricultural andpastoral areas of primary school and high school teachers wereinvestigated by a questionnaire survey, interviews, and conducted fieldvisits. Through be opposite my area rural primary and secondary school teachers’ Educational Technology Ability Investigation and analysis ofthe status quo, found a pasturing area of my area rural area middle andprimary school teachers’ educational technology ability in the problem ofexistence and inadequacy, analysed the influence of agricultural andpastoral areas of primary and secondary school teachers’ educationaltechnology ability level of the main factors, and the correspondinganalysis, put forward corresponding countermeasure.Based on theagricultural and pastoral areas of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionprimary and middle school teachers’ educational technology abilitycurrent situation analyses the sample survey results, primary andsecondary school teachers’ educational technology ability is notoptimistic. By the author of some primary and secondary schools inagricultural and pastoral areas of investigation and visit, can be clearlyseen from the agricultural and pastoral areas of middle school teachers’educational technology ability the universal problems, mainly reflected inthe following four points: the school is not good education technologyenvironment, infrastructure is weak; teachers’ understanding of theeducational technology, application consciousness; educationaltechnology training for teachers no security, lack of effective mechanism;teachers’ educational technology ability training is a system.According tothe analysis of questionnaire and visiting situation analysis, whichinfluence the agricultural and pastoral areas of primary and secondaryschool teachers’ educational technology ability level there are five mainreasons: ideology, economic investment, education system, technicaltraining, ability cultivation.Finally, put forward to promote my areafarming and stockbreeding areas primary and secondary school teachers’educational technology ability effective countermeasures, summarized infive aspects: one is to set up new education concept of technology; two isto build a relatively complete education technology environment; thethree is to establish reasonable educational technology operationmechanism; the four is to strengthen the teacher educational technology training; five is to strengthen the construction of educational technologytraining institutions.
