Pre-service training is the first stage of the teacher education refers to the teacher in the future study in colleges and universities and the necessary stage of life, the main task of teachers’ pre-service training is to train future teachers and other education workers, but also for teachers to lay a foundation of lifelong learning. The success or failure of the education reform is the key to optimize teaching staff,teachers’ pre-service training is the key link in optimization of teaching staff.School sports in China shoulder the task of comprehensively promote quality education, physical education teachers’ pre-service training is to cultivate specialized education, physical education teachers is the physical education teachers in office before formal teacher education, lay a critical period of PE teachers’ basic quality, the sports teachers’ pre-service training courses is affects the teachers’ pre-service training quality and level of the most direct, the most stable factor, physical education teachers,the quality of high and low for long, sustained and healthy development of basic education course has an irreplaceable role. This requires teachers’ pre-service training must implement the sports talents training target is consistent with the new era of development, promote the development of PE teachers’ pre-service training direction toward becoming true in practice for education development, the social sports talents and the evolution of service.To sports teachers’ pre-service training courses in China the characteristics of the historical evolution as the research object, using literature method, history method,system method, comparison analytic method, the method of logical argument, such as research methods, since the reform and opening up of China promulgated five sets of lesson plans(plan) to conduct a comprehensive analysis, combing different stage of the development of PE teachers’ pre-service training curriculum reform context, to explore the physical education teachers’ pre-service training course of historical evolution characteristics, analyzes the problems existing in the sports teachers’ pre-service training curriculum reform and the historical causes(political, economic,cultural, social, science and technology, the teacher education development, etc,explore the development trend of PE teachers’ pre-service training courses, and puts forward the basic strategy to optimize sports teachers’ pre-service training courses.The results show that:(1) physical education pre-service training objective and curriculum setting not harmonious;(2) the PE teachers’ pre-service training courses more specific and comprehensive cultivating specification, training target level is rising;(3) the classification of sports teachers’ pre-service training courses on the basis of fuzzy, pertinence is not strong, the content is relatively falling behind, in the curriculum content choice, there is no greater reform and innovation, education mode is still a professional standard is given priority to, is still in its preliminary stage;(4)the PE teachers’ pre-service training courses corresponding practice class is not enough, and didn’t practice to clear;(5) PE teachers’ pre-service training curriculum and system change cycle is too long, lag behind the development of Chinese society and the needs of the elementary education reform and development;(6) sports teachers’ pre-service training courses using the lack of the material uniformity requirements, the updating cycle of teaching material not clear requirements.According to the above research results put forward the following Suggestions:(1) the sports teachers’ pre-service training courses should be analysis of the social development needs and students’ future development needs, the talents training goal of refining and formulate appropriate professional talent training goal, timely adjust positioning, professional development and sports, economic and social development to adapt to the needs;(2) the PE teachers’ pre-service cultivation course clear specifications to comprehensive requirements for graduates, specific point, from the quality requirements, knowledge and ability requirements three directions comprehensive embodiment;(3) from the PE teachers’ pre-service training curriculum structure system overall frame, the implementation of teacher education curriculum,in accordance with the status and role of curriculum, teaching, and the requirement of the course characteristics and so on several aspects, but also depends on the actual situation of the school, and operating conditions. Also need to realize the education theory and professional theory, sports theory and technology, scientific research course and practice course of unity and integration, so as to guarantee the course structure system of complete and unified.(4) the sports education pre-service trainingcourses practice courses should include social practice, professional practice and scientific research practice course;(5) the state-led sports teachers’ pre-service training, curriculum reform should follow the time development, the formation of system, perfect update, research, publishing system, more effective guide sports teacher education, establishing necessary periodic evaluation and revision of the effective mechanism;(6) curriculum plan to establishing and perfecting the system of teaching material make to the teaching material, develop summoned units to the teaching material, teaching material, head of the main revision, teaching material,teaching material reform and research time limit, etc, hierarchical teaching material management system.
