Research On The Social Work Involvement In The Community Construction Of The Corps

Community construction is an important aspect of social development in our country, in recent years has been national attention.The intervention of social work in community construction provides a good support for the development of the community, but the intervention of social work in community construction is still facing the problems of theory and practice.This research attempts to explore the social work intervention methods of corps community construction from the practical aspects of social work,which to enrich the practice of social work involvement in community construction.In this study, Xinjiang B community as an example, by the early community survey found that the community residents’ participation is not high,the community construction is formalized,lack of integration of spiritual and cultural activities.It is recognized that this community has the advantage of being easy to be mobilized and has much of the community construction resources inside.Integrated the advantages and disadvantages of the community, the author take the regional development model and social ecosystem theory as a guide, to design the method of action research implementation of intervention strategies in social work to stimulate residents participation, training of local community volunteer forces as the main target.In the specific action, the author take the B community to create a national civilized town as the intervention point,provide the local youth community education group services, which lasted for six section..Through the group, connected to a local youth volunteer service team, for the team to carry out volunteer service construction.Then the author strengthen contact with the volunteer team, jointly carried out community construction booth publicity activities.Community construction publicity activities have achieved good results, not only to make the local residents more understanding of community construction content, stimulate the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community construction, but also the actual training of volunteers service capacity.In order to consolidate the effectiveness of the service, expand the construction of community volunteer force.Then the author for the two youth volunteer team to carry out construction activities, two party volunteer service experience exchange consensus, thus forming a continuation of growth of the local community volunteer forces to participate in community construction.Evaluation of intervention effect shows that the main goal of social work intervention strategies to reach.Social work involved in the construction of the B corps community group work can play a role in contact with residents, promote the cultivation of community volunteers, can solve problems and confusion for the target population, and promote the growth of service objects.Community work can effectively find and connect community resources, mobilize community residents to participate in community construction, to cultivate and expand the construction of community volunteer force, promote to solve the problems in the construction of communityBased on the practice, this paper summarizes the basic path of community construction of social work intervention Corps.In the community in a top-down manner, the neighborhood committee on community development projects to the original point of intervention, intervention path group work method for the community to work.Further discussion showed that the intervention of social work in the Community Construction Corps can start from the project level, problem solving level, community fusion level three progressive dimension, by expanding the influence of social work, the social work in community construction in the depth and breadth of continuous improvement.Worthy of reflection, subject to the objective environment and human limitations, the case involved in this study has not been involved in the study,and in the group work, the effectiveness of the service object and the settlement of the problem of community construction might be ignored, which is to be studied to be added.
