Research On The Application Of Community Work Method In Regional Party Construction ——Taking S Community In Qingdao As An Example

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction of grassroots Party organizations and urban grassroots social governance are also facing more and more new opportunities and new requirements.In the process of strengthening community governance,All regions have accumulated rich experience in the practice of vigorously promoting regional Party building,but at the same time,they also face many new problems and challenges in the process of promoting regional party building mechanism construction,such as insufficient coverage of units in the community area,low level of resource sharing,and weak overall vitality.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,interview and questionnaire survey,taking S community in Qingdao as an example,to study the application of community work methods in regional Party building.Firstly,on the basis of literature review,the core concepts involved in this study are defined,and the social support theory and social governance theory are elaborated.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of community work method to intervene in regional party construction.Secondly,it makes a comparative analysis of the cases before and after the involvement of community work methods in regional Party building,and makes an in-depth analysis of the application of community work methods in regional Party building with the case of regional Party building.Through the research on the application of community work methods in regional Party building,from the macro effect,the cohesion of regional Party organizations is increasing,and regional party building alliance should be formed to promote the "community identity" of regional development.From the micro effect,the coverage of co-construction units in the region has been expanded,the participation of party members in the region has been improved,and the accuracy of information collection has been optimized.Thirdly,rethink the idea and method of regional party building community work based on the case;Finally,from the professional perspective of professional community work methods,the following suggestions are put forward for the application of community work methods in regional Party construction,including: Optimize the application of community work methods in regional party building,make full use of community work skills,regional body linkage interaction,the multichannel to enhance regional party building awareness and ability,and innovate informatization community work method in regional party construction.This article through to the community work methods in regional party use of comparative analysis,it is of great significance to explore professional and scientific community work methods to participate in the whole process of regional party building in Qingdao S community,to form a long-term mechanism of regional Party building,to promote community construction and development,and to innovate community governance.
